Saturday 6th May – Katy Prado
Katy Prado is one of the most versatile professional female vocalists in London. This operatically trained Chilean superstar has performed at major UK festivals including Glastonbury & The Isle of Wight Festival. She has shared a stage with everyone from Ron Wood to Paloma Faith and currently tours with Shakespeare’s Sister.
At Dry Martini she will be displaying her jazz credentials when she takes control of the mic to deliver some classics with well-honed class.
Saturday 13th May – Mandy Meadows
Mandy Meadows is a fine international jazz, pop and soul singer who draws her musical inspiration from jazz and soul icons such as Diana Krall, Etta James, Alicia Keys and Amy Winehouse, to name a few.
Originally from New Zealand, she recently recorded her own take on some classic Jazz Standards for her album “Oceania”. The album was recorded in Brooklyn, NYC and Mandy is excited to promote it in her new home town, London.
Her last performance at Dry Martini was one of the best nights of the year. Don’t miss it!
Friday 19th May – Mind the Cat
Mind the Cat are possibly the coolest cats in London. This jazz funk trio present a very tight line up and guitar & bass pairing to rival Niall Rogers and Bernard Edwards. This band will get you moving with your martinis as they pull together hits from James Brown, Chic and more.
Saturday 20th May – Caroline Loftus Trio
Australian born, with London now her home and inspiration, Caroline is much sought after on the jazz scene both in the UK and internationally.
Caroline performs and records with many artists, from duo to big band, with her style ranging from acoustic jazz to retro swing, latin and lounge. She has released four solo albums, and has featured on many recordings for pop bands, film soundtracks and dance compilations.
Friday 26th May – Antra Lante Band
Antra Lante is an incredible guitarist from Riga Latvia who now makes her home in London working full time as a professional session musician.
As well as studying at the Institute of Contemporary Music she has honed her skills over the last few years to become one of London’s hottest female rock, blues & jazz guitarists.
She returns to Dry Martini in May following two very popular nights in April where she and her band set the bar alight.
Saturday 27th May – Corina Piatti
Following a very successful performance at Dry Martini last year Corina Piatti returns to the bar to bring her own Tango vocals to the venue.
Prepare for a rich, dark evening of vintage tango.
