At Yes Entertainment we have many years performance experience playing live music at corporate functions and we have 10 years experience booking other acts and managing logistics around the events. We have also booked entertainment from a company perspective too in previous roles in different industries where we had responsibility for events in the UK, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong & the USA.

The first step with any corporate event is to understand requirements. Sometimes that can be as simple as booking a certain type of act but more commonly with our corporate clients it starts with a conversation about the event. Who is coming? What is the aim of the event? What brand values need to be considered? These are just some of the things we would look to understand in our initial conversations.
From there we can start to suggest ideas for entertainment and related theming and other elements to provide a fully rounded event for guests.
Once we have agreed the shape of the entertainment and any related services we would go on to book performers, either from our existing roster (if we have them already) or we would source acts to order based on requirements.
We then handle the logistics with the venue, performers and other suppliers to ensure that everything runs smoothly. For larger events where multiple acts are involved we will attend the event to manage the evening and the timings of the different performances.
