How many of you are there in the band?
The band is available from 4 to 10 members depending on budget and size of venue. The most common line-up we use is 6 members and this is what we will quote for unless otherwise specified.
How much does it cost?
It is difficult to give you an exact cost for your event without knowing a little more about it. Things such as size of venue and location can impact the overall cost. For each booking, we provide an individual, bespoke service tailored to your needs.
How far will you travel?
Apart from the need to add travel and accommodation expenses in, we will travel anywhere in the world!
Do you have your own sound/lighting equipment?
Yes. Our band comes with a full PA and a standard Stage Lighting. This is included in the quote we give you.
How much space will you require?
Generally the band will operate in a space of at least 6m x 3m (WxD)
How much time will you need setting up?
Under normal circumstances, we ask for at least 90 minutes to set up.
What about a sound check?
Ideally, we do need to sound check so there are no surprises when it comes to playing! We will need to make a little bit of noise for a brief period. If we are setting up in the same room, as the guests then there are measures we can take to compromise. Please let us know if this is the case.
How many power sockets do you require?
We require a minimum of 2 separate 13A feeds to the performance area, from two spate wall sockets (NOT from an extension cable!)
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes. We have Public Liability Insurance up to £10,000,000.
Can we play music through you PA system during your breaks?
Of course! If you have a specific playlist that you want played then that is fine. If not, we always play suitable music before we start our sets, during our breaks and for half an hour after we finish.
Do you need food and drink?
Yes please! Every good musician needs fuel! We will require access to a supply of soft drinks and water free of charge for the duration of our stay on site. We do ask that a substantial hot meal be provided for all members of the band. This can be similar to what the guests are eating or something separate.
How late will you play?
Depending on the Live Music License your venue has, the latest finishing time included in our standard price is 11pm with a further half an hour provided from our iPod playlist or yours. If the venue allows, you can extend the band playing time for an extra charge. PLEASE NOTE for locations far away from London, overnight accommodation may be required if the finish time is later than 11pm.
