We offer Christmas party theming for company parties across London. If you are looking to transform your venue from something bland to something wonderful then we can help.
Our theming can be used to dress any size of London venue and includes the following elements:
- LED twig trees
- LED table centres
- Artificial snow covered fir trees
- Snow drifts
- Mood lighting
Generally 2 to 4 hours are required to transform the venue and the more time we have the better. But if you have a small set up window we can look at ways to make it work!
To top off your Christmas party theming why not add a LED sparkling dancefloor, or some frosty walk about acts.
How much does Christmas party theming cost?
Due to the nature of theming a venue and the number of variables involved we have to quote on a case by case basis. But rest assured we always look to remain as competitively priced as possible whilst still achieving your Christmas party theming aims.
Depending on what you want to achieve we can also hire larger items and props from Event Prop Hire Creative to make an even larger impact.
Frequently asked questions
Can you set up the day or night before?
Generally yes and actually the more time we have to set up the better so we’re often glad to do set up the day before. Equally we can set up on the day and to a time limit if we need to!
Do you remove everything the same night after the event?
Normally yes we remove everything overnight. However, in some cases we clear the event space and leave elements to collect the following day.
How big is your team?
We have a large pool of people to call on who work with us most years. So we can scale up for larger theming if required.
Can you do a different theme?
Absolutely! We’ve done Gatsby themes, Bond themes, Rock n Roll, Motown, China and Rio Carnival to name but a few.
Can you include entertainment to fit our theme?
Yes. Yes and Yes Entertainment. 😉
