An acoustic jazz duo for hire across London venues, Simon & Lou have played all kinds of gigs together but are particularly well suited to high class restaurants and bars where a really strong ambiance is required.
Lou’s vocals are just outstanding and Simon is an accomplished guitarist par excellence. Lou performs regularly for Yes Entertainment at the Podium Restaurant at Hilton Park Lane as part of our Acoustic Afternoons series and the duo have played repeatedly for us at Melia Whitehouse’s Longford’s Bar where they go down a storm.
With both of the duo playing guitar for much of their set they have a great scope for their performance. Simon’s jazz guitar solos are certainly some of the best in London and note perfect every time.
As full time professional musicians both Simon and Lou work on many other projects. Lou is an award winning songwriter and Simon plays with a number of different jazz bands with whom he has performed at the Royal Albert Hall and Ronnie Scott’s famous London jazz club.
